It really is just the most poisonous thing you can consume with your eyes. Unless you're watching it with someone that you're going to have sex with. Then that's alright. I'm trying to implement a plan where every time I'm bored enough to watch internet porn, I do 20 pull ups instead. Much more productive, somehow... Fuck, I need to get out of here.

Summer's just around the corner and on Star Wars Day I caught myself thinking "Holy Shit, it's motherfucking May already!" Where the hell has the first 5 months of the year gone?

I finally (read: FINALLY MOTHERFUCKERS) got a job offer from the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education and I sent in all of my precious, painstakingly procured documents this morning (Shit cost $80 just to get a stack of papers to Seoul, no joke), so I'm set up for the next year (as much as I can be).

Meanwhile, my friends here are exhibiting classic signs of complacent post graduate home living, those being unwillingness to partake in spontaneous activity, inconsideration of peers' time, and general lazing about. I should preface this by introducing my two closest friends at home as an unemployed philosophy major and a professional poker player, so they don't really understand that when you have six days in between days off, you try to maximize your day off every time. Today I failed completely at this due to waiting around for these two motherfuckers and finally giving up at dinner time. So in a few hours I will meet up with them and do the same fucking thing we do every night. Basically this has me continuously seeking to get the fuck out of here and hit up Brooklyn as often as possible, where the pace of life suits my tastes a little better. I figure I'll try to make it up once a month at least until I head to Seoul, and I plan on stopping by Vancouver on my way to South Korea in the late summer, probably late July. Hopefully the orphanage will still have a corner for me to crawl into, and at least I'll have my bike with me this time.

Anyway, I miss you guys, I miss city living, I miss having more than 2 options for what to do every night, I miss having a job that doesn't suck my ass. Alright, /end rant. That is all.

Lately I've been all tied up in some bullshit, getting stressed out and fucking forgetting about living. I've got a lot of things in the works, and need to get a few more things going for myself to keep an even keel. Got a new bike day coming up (maybe tomorrow if I have time at work), and my fingers are crossed for this job in Korea.

Last weekend we went toobing as part one of a two part bachelor party. It would be y'alls favorite sport if only you knew. This weekend we did some of this.







That's right, pig roast, 15 year old scotch, a backyard BB gun range, wrasslin, blacking out, and general merriment. Next weekend is the wedding down on a beach somewhere south of here. I'm tellin' you, aint a thang wrong with texas.

what's really good?
wordpress is coming. as soon as i have a couple hours to bang my head against the wall, this blog will switch over to the wordpress system. hopefully it all looks and works the same, except for one key difference: comments. on the current system, comments were disabled a long time ago due to crazy spiderbots that would haunt and destroy the blog through the comments. but i want people to have a change to leave their mark, so i'm working to get comments activated.
shirts are coming along swimmingly. probably out by the end of the week. i've been wearing them and i really like the t-shirt quality. i think it completely suits my qualifications for a perfect shirt. you'll see.
my trip to portland is getting mapped out. i talked to mark today and he said he's ridden vancouver to portland is one day. on a couple of occasions. game faces.
